• **Up to 48 Hours before check-in:** Eligible for a full 100% refund of the booking amount.
• **Within 48 Hours of check-in:** Cancellations will attract a charge equal to the first night's room rental.
• **No-Show:** The entire booking amount will be forfeited.

2. Refund Process

Eligible refund requests for advance deposits are initiated immediately upon cancellation. The amount will be credited back to your bank account via bank transfer or settled at the hotel front desk within 5 to 7 business days.
